It’s almost time for SOL testing! Students in grades 3–5 will be taking their Standards of Learning (SOL) assessments in May. These tests are a chance for students to show all they’ve learned this year!

May 6 – Grade 5
May 7 – Grade 4
May 8 – Grade 3
Science
May 9 – Grade 5
Math
May 13 – Grade 4
May 14 – Grade 3
May 15 – Grades 5 & Math 6
Virginia Studies
May 16 – Grade 4
Expedited Retakes (for eligible students)
May 20 – Reading & Science
May 21 – Math & History

How to Access Your Child’s SOL Scores
SOL scores will be delivered to parents through the Virginia Department of Education’s (VDOE) online Parent Portal. Please note that new credentials are issued by VDOE each year, so all families will need to create a new account, even if they had one in the past.
