6th grade families:
All upcoming 6th graders will be swapping their elementary iPads for new ones in the first couple of weeks of school. To ensure that this process goes smoothly, please make sure that all of the following are completed as soon as possible:
1. The Acceptable Use Form in PowerSchool must be completed each year. Login to PowerSchool, click on "Forms" in the Navigation menu on the left of the screen (if you're on a mobile device, you may have to click an arrow to expand to see the options), and click on "Agreements." Please make sure that you click on BOTH boxes at the bottom of the page under "Acceptable Use Policy," which acknowledges that both the parent/guardian and the student agree.
2. Pay the $20 iPad insurance fee through the Online School Payments site: https://osp.osmsinc.com/Goochland/BVModules/ProductTemplates/Bvc2013/Product.aspx?productid=AQ010-42
3. Students should upload any documents, pictures, or projects that they wish to save to their Google Drive from their old device before swapping to their new iPad.
4. Students must bring iPads in their cases, charging cables, and charging blocks to school in order to obtain their new devices and chargers.
