Yesterday, the GMS Leadership team got together for our retreat. There was a deep dive into all things 25-26 school year. Going with our Game On theme, we also attended a break out room! All the teams managed to escape their rooms at the Red Door Escape Room in Short Pump!

🎓 Today, we celebrated our amazing fifth graders from Randolph Elementary as they took part in a heartfelt graduation ceremony! These future GMS students are ready for their next adventure, but they'll always carry a piece of Randolph with them. 💚💛 Once a Roadrunner, always a Roadrunner! 💫

🦈💡 Students in Mr. Tate’s Inventions and Innovations class at Goochland Middle School put their creativity and problem-solving skills to the test in a recent Shark Tank-style challenge! After researching various medical conditions and disabilities, students designed adaptive technology devices to support individuals' needs. They used 3D printers to create functioning models or prototypes and pitched their inventions to a panel of “Sharks” made up of a school board member, an occupational therapist, and central office administrators. We’re proud of their innovative thinking, design skills, and confident presentations! 👏
